Ovie Friday, a young boy who has lived through domestic abuse, has opened up about a troubling incident involving his stepmother.
Speaking during an interview on the LUCKY UDU EXPERIENCE, Ovie explained that his stepmother once pressured him to confess to something he did not understand.
According to him, she accused him of sleeping with her in a dream and demanded that he admit it. He said she threatened to kill him if he refused to say what she wanted.
Ovie recalled that he was confused and frightened because he had no idea what she was talking about. He said the following morning, while he was preparing to go to school, his stepmother told him they were going somewhere but refused to reveal the destination. She also asked his grandmother to accompany them.
Ovie stated,
“There was a time my stepmom was forcing me to say the truth, that I’m I sleeping with her in a dream? She said if I didn’t tell her the truth, she would kill me. I didn’t know anything about that.”……See More
