ADC: Worst-Case Scenario Is Not On Our Side; It Is On The Other Side That Went To Court First -Salihu

In a recent interview aired by Channels Television, Ladan Salihu, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), expressed strong confidence as the party awaits a key judicial ruling tied to its internal dispute.

Amid rising tension within opposition circles, Salihu stated that the party remains hopeful about the outcome of the case currently before the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He acknowledged that members are understandably concerned but emphasized that the party leadership believes it has built a solid case grounded in legal principles and due process.

He added that the ADC has fulfilled all procedural requirements and continues to uphold democratic values, describing the litigation not as a setback but as a legitimate avenue for resolving internal disagreements within a democratic system.
