Veteran Nigerian singer Shina Peters has revealed some of the difficult experiences he has had before becoming a famous singer, while also stating how he used to stay in a single room with his parents.
According to the video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Agbaletu Radiovision TV during an interview, he stated that he used to sleep on a mat on the floor, while his mom and dad used to sleep on a single bed in a single room together.
According to Shina Peters, he said, “Poverty is a very bad thing that I don’t wish for anybody close to me.” My parents were staying in a single room with a pit latrine, and my mom used to cook in the room.
