Popular Nollywood actor Owolabi Ajasa has revealed why he deliberately rejected a movie role where he was told to act as a thief, while also stating how actor Odunlade Adekola encouraged him to become an actor.
According to the video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Behind The Fame TV during an interview, he explained that he used to be a movie producer and that it was actor Odunlade Adekola who inspired him to become an actor, saying that he loves playing the role of a policeman in movies.
According to Owolabi Ajasa, he said, “When I had the opportunity to move closer to actor Odunlade Adekola, he called me and told me that I should start participating in movies too and that I can’t just continue to work for others alone. Odunlade Adekola was my movie director at the time, and he usually added me to a movie scene. Up till today, I usually find it difficult to play another movie role aside from a policeman. I was given a movie role to act as a thief, but I refused because I hate getting arrested.”……See More
