In an interview with Behind The Fame – African A-List, Olaiya said whenever he visited the marketer’s office to ask for his money, the man would give him excuses
Olaiya said one day after returning from the marketer’s office, he stripped himself naked at home and cried while praying. He stated that after some days, the marketer’s car mysteriously got burnt under a bridge.
Olaiya said the marketer later left the movie industry. He added that he never produced another movie after the incident
In Olaiya’s words: “When I got home my wife, Iya Seun had traveled to Abeokuta. I stripped myself naked, lay face down on the floor and began rolling and crying in prayer because I didn’t even know what prayer to pray. I later woke up after 2 a.m and went to bathe.
