In a recent interview reported by Arise News, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Kola Ologbondiyan, addressed concerns surrounding the confirmed exit of Peter Obi from the party.
Responding to speculation about internal instability, Ologbondiyan dismissed suggestions of a crisis within the ADC. He maintained that the party remains stable, organized, and forward-looking despite the departure of a prominent figure. According to him, such political movements are a normal feature of democratic systems and should not be interpreted as signs of structural weakness.
“The ADC has come out to allay fears; we don’t need to jump around or engage in forum shopping,” he stated.
