Princess Adenike Adedoyin-Ajayi, a retired Permanent Secretary in the Lagos State Civil Service, has opened up about how she met and married her late husband.
Speaking in an interview on TALK TO B shared on Friday, May 8, 2026, Adedoyin-Ajayi said she met her husband in 1992 after returning from the United Kingdom, where she had been living. She explained that she was working in advertising at the time, while her husband was one of Nigeria’s first computer animators and graphic designers.
She said they dated for three years before getting married in May 1995. Adedoyin-Ajayi also revealed that her husband passed away on February 2, 1998.
Her words,
“We met in 1992 when I came back from the UK, and I was working in advertising. He was one of Nigeria’s first computer animators. He was an animator, you know, a graphic designer and animator, and we met on the job, met with friends, and all of that. So we dated for 3 years and then got married, and he died on the 2nd of February, 1998.”……See More
