Sterling Lewis, a Haitian-American registered nurse and single mother, appeared on Brekete Family to seek justice. She traveled from the United States to Nigeria to report her husband to the EFCC and Interpol. She explained that she left her job and profession to come to Nigeria. She believed she had found a life partner. She discovered he was not genuine.
She argues that she does not spend money on men. She says she made an exception because she believed the relationship was real. She insists that she is a focused career woman who was deceived by false promises.
