Iran Is Not Ready To Negotiate; New IRGC Leaders Are Hardliners, Not As Rational As We Think -Buccino

The incidents occurred just hours after President Trump announced an indefinite extension of the U.S.-Iran ceasefire, a decision intended to provide Iran’s leadership with time to present a unified peace proposal.
