Yemi Elesho, son of veteran actor Adewale Elesho, has shared a funny story from his first day in Lagos after running away from home. He explained that he was so confused by the city that he decided to get off the bus just because he saw a car with only three tires, which he found very strange.
Speaking on the “Talk-to-B” podcast, he described how this led him to a car wash, where he sat for 30 minutes before anyone spoke to him. The story shows how young and lost he was when he arrived in the busy city with no plan and nowhere to go.
Yemi Elesho recalled: “I didn’t just drop from the bus, but I saw a car with three tires. Three tires. So I was surprised, how can a car have three tires? I said, ‘Okay, you know what?
