Popular Nollywood actor Adewale Alebiosu has revealed the religion of his parents and the religion he used to practice before he converted to Christianity, while also stating what influenced his decision to switch from his previous religion to Christianity.
According to the video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Feel Right News TV on Thursday, during an interview, he disclosed that he used to practice the Islamic religion but that he converted to Christianity after he followed a friend to a church and he fell down and lost his consciousness while drumming inside the church.
According to Alebiosu, he said, “I was born as a Muslim, and my parents also practice Islam. One day, a friend of mine invited me to a church program, and they needed someone that could beat the drum during the church service, so my friend pleaded with me to come and beat the drum for them. I didn’t want to enter into the church at first, but the pastor pleaded with me, and I agreed to beat the drum for them.
