Omoyele Sowore, known for his work in human rights and as a past presidential candidate for the African Action Congress (AAC) during the 2023 elections, has spoken out against the opposition in Nigeria.
Recently, Peter Obi, who used to be a governor; Atiku Abubakar, a former vice president; and other opposition figures have supported the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as a way to challenge President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 presidential election.
In a video, Omoyele Sowore criticized these opposition leaders, claiming they are part of the reason for the current situation in the country.
Sowore also pointed out that he holds the position of chairman in a political party, while one of the opposition figures, David Mark, who was a military administrator back in 1984, is also a chairman of another political party.
