She shared the deeply personal experience during an interview on African A-List, describing the abandonment as one of the most difficult periods of her life and revealing that she has continued to search for answers about what led to the breakdown of the family.

She maintained that she has never understood the reason behind his decision to leave and believes she deserves to know what led to the separation after the years they spent together as a family.
Fowosere also expressed concern for her children, insisting that they did nothing to warrant being abandoned.
She said she has often wondered what she or the children could have done to deserve such treatment, stressing that the absence of any explanation has made it difficult for her to find closure over the painful chapter in her life.
