Popular Nigerian journalist Morayo Afolabi-Brown has revealed some of the things that happened to her in her first three years in America, while also stating some of the reasons she decided to go back to Africa.
According to the video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Chude on Tuesday, during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, she made it known that she was depressed in her first three years in America and that she used to cry every day, saying that she didn’t even do her visa.
When asked if her decision to return back to Nigeria from America was worth it, Morayo Afolabi-Brown said, “Yes, absolutely, my decision to come back to Nigeria was worth it, I wouldn’t lie. I was depressed in my first 3 years in America, and I used to cry every day. I was wondering why I went to America, and I didn’t even do my visa. The first thing I was told to do in America was to do my papers, but I was very foolish, and I didn’t even care.
