Senator Shehu Sani, a renowned human rights activist and former Kaduna central senatorial district lawmaker has taken to his official X handle to make a remarkable comment after respected Elderstateman, Alhaji Tanko Yakasai celebrated his hundredth birthday.
According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle on Saturday May 9th, 2027 he pointed out that not many were fortunate to live long.
Alhaji Tanko Yakasai is a well respected northern leader who had served as a commissioner in Kano State. His life was marked by humility, service to humanity and peace.
According to Senator Shehu Sani, Alhaji Tanko Yakasai was among the few who were never weakened by old age. He concluded by asking a simple but yet interesting question, “Longevity; is it genetic, lifestyle, dietary, environment or just a gift from our Lord to the Chosen few?”
