Bulus Makadas, a resident of Maro community in Kajuru LGA of Kaduna State, has stated that on July 3, 2026 several people were kidnapped from his community
In a video shared by News Central TV, Makadas said some of the victims were later released but many others are still being held by the kidnappers. He said that among those released were married women who had been impregnated by the kidnappers, and that their husbands refuse to accept them back as wives. Makadas appealed to the government to help rescue the people who are still in captivity
