Ukraine Military: We Are Degrading The Enemies Ability To Wage War By Hitting Strategic Assets

According to Aljazeera News, Ukraine has targeted a major Russian oil refinery in the Black Sea port city of Tuapse for the third time in less than two weeks, sparking a new fire and forcing local authorities to evacuate residents.

Drones struck the facility early Tuesday, according to Russian officials, igniting a blaze at the Rosneft-owned plant, which processes approximately 240,000 barrels of crude per day. Video footage verified by open-source intelligence analysts showed large flames and black smoke rising over the installation.

Local authorities ordered the evacuation of nearby residential areas as firefighters struggled to contain the blaze, no casualties were immediately reported.

The Tuapse refinery, a key supplier of naphtha and fuel oil to international markets, has become a recurring target in Ukraine’s campaign to disrupt Russia’s energy infrastructure and logistics. The latest strike follows previous attacks on April 4 and April 9.
