BAT Said Subsidy Is Gone; When He Came Into Power, Fuel Was N600. Yesterday I Bought It N1400-Melaye

Dino Melaye, a member of the African Democratic Congress ADC and a former member of the Nigerian Senate, has shared insights on the plans to unseat President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the forthcoming 2027 presidential election.

Ahead of the forthcoming 2027 presidential election, the coalition party, African Democratic Congress (ADC), has held its national convention, hosting veteran politicians including Peter Obi, a former governor of Anambra state; Atiku Abubakar, a former vice president; amongst others.

However, in the video, Dino Melaye, a member of the African Democratic Congress ADC and a former member of the Nigerian Senate, stated that President Tinubu, upon being inaugurated, hastily declared that the subsidy is gone, and so prices of commodities began to increase.

Melaye mentioned that when the Tinubu-led government came into power, fuel price was N600, but today fuel is being sold for N1400.

According to the video, “He said the subsidy is gone, and the next thing that followed was the negative concomitant effect on prices of goods and services. When he came into power, fuel was N600; yesterday I bought it for N1400.”……See More
