The Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Sheriff Oborevwori has delivered a brand new Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine to the Delta State University Teaching Hospital (DELSUTH), Oghara, in a move aimed at expanding the hospital’s capacity to provide high level diagnostic services.
The development was shared by Ossai Ovie Success, the Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, on his official Facebook page.
According to him, with the installation of the MRI machine, which is regarded as one of the most advanced tools in modern medicine, patients will soon have access to high quality diagnostic services within Delta State. This is expected to significantly reduce the need for residents to travel outside the state in search of specialized medical care.
