Dennis Amachree, former Assistant Director of the Department of State Services (DSS), has spoken about the two top Ansaru commanders, Mahmud Usman and Abubakar Abba, who were sentenced to life imprisonment
Speaking in an interview with TVC, Amachree said he supports the DSS’s decision to seek the maximum punishment of death for the two convicted terrorists. He stated that they are members of a terrorist group responsible for killing many Nigerians.
Amachree said the group once recorded and shared a video on social media showing them slaughtering a teacher. He also stated that the same terrorist group had carried out attacks that led to the killing of senior Nigerian military officers, including generals.
