Evangelist Rita has described how her husband’s family orchestrated a public humiliation by ordering her to serve food to her husband’s second wife during his mother’s funeral. The evangelist revealed that both women were cooking together at the wake when family members secretly instructed the second wife to go outside before calling her to serve someone.
On Lucky Udu Experience, Evangelist Rita explained that her husband’s elder brother asked her to follow him outside to serve someone, and to her greatest surprise, it was the woman her husband had secretly married. She stated that when she suggested they go inside so she could serve them properly, the man insisted she bring the food right there to them, forcing her to publicly acknowledge and serve her replacement.
Evangelist Rita said: “The elder brother to my husband came and said, ‘Madam, come and serve somebody for me outside.’ I said, ‘Okay sir, let me follow you and see where the person is sitting.’ I followed him there outside and then to my greatest surprise, it was that particular woman which we were all cooking at the yard. And so when we came out, I saw her and a man standing beside the car and I told them, ‘Okay, let’s go inside so that I will serve you people.’ And then before the woman could talk, the man said, ‘Go and bring the food right here to us.’ I didn’t make trouble.
