8 Terrorists Broke My Palace Gate, Took My Phone, Buy They Didn’t Tell Me To Follow Them -Monarch

The Olowa of Owa Onire, Oba AbdulRahman Fabiyi, has said he will not return to his community in Kwara State until adequate security is restored in the area.

This was contained in a report published by VANGUARD.

The monarch said he left his palace following a violent attack by armed men on December 31, 2025, and has remained away since then for safety reasons.

He explained that the attackers forced their way into his palace, stole phones and cash at gunpoint, and later abducted two of his palace aides before leaving the scene.

Oba Fabiyi also revealed that he had previously been kidnapped and only regained freedom after a ransom was paid, adding that the repeated attacks made it unsafe for him to stay in his community.

He said, “Eight terrorists broke the gates and doors of my palace on December 31, 2025. They collected my phone and some money I had with me at gunpoint. But they didn’t order me to follow them.”…….See More
