Veteran Nollywood actor, Kayode Olaiya, also known as Aderupoko, has spoken about his relationship with actor, Kunle Afolayan and Ibrahim Chatta, thanking them for their help over the years.
In an interview, shared by NIGERIAN TRIBUNE on Sunday April 26, 2026, Olaiya said he is not trying to compete with anyone in the industry. He said he prefers to be thankful to people who have helped him in life. He said both Afolayan and Chatta have shown him real care, not just as work partners but as people who truly look out for him.
Olaiya said Kunle Afolayan has been helping him with money for a long time and always makes sure he is okay. He also said Ibrahim Chatta always shows him kindness anytime they meet and makes sure he is fine.
According to him, their help has supported him during hard times and has taught him the value of true friendship.
Olaiya stated,
“Kunle Afolayan pays me monthly stipend and always makes sure I am fine. Anywhere Ibrahim Chatta sees me, he always takes care of me.”……See More
