Trump: I Do Not Care If They Come Back To The Table, They Know The Rules

As reported by Aljazeera News, President Donald Trump expressed that he is indifferent to whether Iran engages in ceasefire negotiations, despite the US military’s readiness to restrict all sea traffic to and from Iranian ports via the Strait of Hormuz.

In comments to the press, Trump dismissed any diplomatic initiatives, asserting that the United States is in a dominant position. “I don’t care if they return to discussions,” he stated. “They Understand the rules.”

The president reaffirmed the US policy that “Iran will never possess a nuclear weapon,” a statement he has consistently made during his presidency, and it now holds greater significance as US naval forces position themselves to intercept ships of any country that attempt to go to or come from Iranian ports.
