Trump Said Iran’s Navy Is Lying At The Bottom Of Sea; We Have Not Hit Their Fast Attack Ships-Yingst

Fox News chief foreign correspondent Trey Yingst discussed the possibility of a second round of U.S.–Iran negotiations following the collapse of earlier talks, along with the impact of the U.S. naval blockade in the Strait of Hormuz and rising regional tensions during an appearance on ‘Fox & Friends.’

Yingst described the current state of relations between Washington and Tehran, noting that diplomatic efforts have stalled amid continued military pressure. He said the blockade has further intensified the standoff, raising concerns over the security of key maritime shipping routes and the wider implications for global energy markets.

Yingst also referenced recent comments by President Donald Trump regarding U.S. military actions against Iran’s naval forces. He cited Trump’s statement on the extent of destruction inflicted, highlighting the message it conveys about U.S. military capability and strategic intent in the region.

Yingst said, “Trump said Iran’s navy is lying at the bottom of the sea, obliterated—158 ships. We have not hit their fast attack ships; we did not consider them much of a threat.”……See More
