IRGC Commander Claims Rapid Rebuild Of Missile And Drone Systems During Ceasefire

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force commander, Majid Mousavi, says Tehran is increasing the pace of replenishing its missile and drone launchers during the ceasefire period at a rate faster than before the conflict with the United States and Israel.

Mousavi’s statement, reported by Iranian media outlets, indicates that Iran is working quickly to restore and upgrade its military capabilities even as fighting has paused under the current truce. The comments were accompanied by footage showing Mousavi inspecting what Iranian sources described as underground missile facilities.

The commander did not provide exact figures but suggested that the country’s air-strike and drone launch capacity is recovering rapidly. Iranian state media released photos and video clips of missiles, drones, and launchers stored in subterranean positions, reflecting Iran’s continued emphasis on strengthening its strategic assets.

The announcement comes amid conflicting assessments from U.S. officials and Western sources, who say Iran retains a substantial number of drones and missile launchers despite significant destruction of some facilities during recent combat operations.

U.S. intelligence estimates indicate that Iran still holds a meaningful portion of its drone and missile infrastructure, with efforts ongoing to recover systems buried underground.

Iran’s renewed focus on rebuilding these capabilities underscores the challenges ahead for diplomatic talks and regional stability as both sides navigate the ceasefire and broader geopolitical tensions in the Middle East……See More
