In an interview with FeelrightNews TV correspondent, a Nollywood actor, and NURTW member, Oluseye James opened up about his life journey—from his early beginnings to migrating to Lagos State and finding his place in the Nollywood industry.
He also shared how he was seeing ghosts at a tender age.
When asked to reveal some of the things he experienced while he was younger during the interview, he said: “I faced some strange and powerful things. When I was between the ages of 7 and 8, there was an Alhaji on my street; he was the richest man at the time. He was the only one who had a television then, but he later died. Whenever my mother finished cooking at night, she would give me water to pour outside; we were living in a ‘face-me-I-face-you’ apartment then. That was when I would see Alhaji.”
He further said that Alhaji would sit by his burial ground, stretch out his legs and rest his head on his hand, adding that he alone could see him at night, as anyone else passing by could not. He also claimed that he often saw the spirits of people who died in his street, though he did not know why it happened, suggesting it might be connected to the fact that his father was a powerful herbalist.
He added that on one occasion, he told his father to come and see Alhaji because he believed the man was still alive.
