According to a report by AIT Live, in a landmark event for Nigerian infrastructure, the Minister of Works, David Umahi, has unveiled the Kebbi State and Sokoto segments of the ambitious 1000km Sokoto-Badagry superhighway project.
The ceremony, held at the Presidential Lodge in Birnin Kebbi, marks a significant step in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewal Hope Agenda.
The project encompasses a 258km stretch in Kebbi State and a 120km segment in Sokoto, forming part of the larger superhighway aimed at boosting Nigeria’s economy through enhanced transportation infrastructure.
