According to a report by Al Jazeera, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) successfully rescued four Israeli hostages from the clutches of Hamas terrorists in the central Gaza Strip today.
The daring operation, which took place earlier in the day, resulted in the safe recovery of Noa Argamani, Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv, all of whom had been held captive by Hamas since their abduction on October 7 from the Supernova music festival near the southern community of Re’im.
According to the military, special forces carried out simultaneous raids on two Hamas sites in central Gaza’s Nuseirat, leading to the successful retrieval of the hostages. Argamani was rescued at one location, while Meir Jan, Kozlov, and Ziv were found at the second site.
Remarkably, all four captives were found to be in good condition following their rescue and were promptly transferred to Tel Hashomer Hospital for further medical evaluation.
The operation was not without its intense moments, as heavy airstrikes were conducted in the vicinity to support the ground troops and target Hamas sites. As a result, Hamas health authorities reported a “large number” of casualties amid the ongoing rescue mission.
The IDF’s dramatic and successful mission to save the Israeli hostages marks a significant victory against the terrorist organization and has brought relief to the families and loved ones of the rescued individuals..………See More
