Crude oil is like a treasure hidden deep under the ground. It’s made from tiny creatures that lived in the sea millions of years ago. Over time, heat and pressure turned them into this dark, gooey liquid we call crude oil.
1. Russia – 10.58 million BPD.
2. Saudi Arabia – 10.13 million BPD.
3.The United States has 3,9352 million BPD in total.
Since several decades ago, the United States has maintained its position as the nation that produces the most oil in the world, with a conservative estimate of 9,352,000 barrels per day. In addition to this, the United States is one of the largest consumers of oil in the entire world. Given the extent to which the United States’ economy is dependent on the commodity in question, there is little reason to believe that there will be a decline in oil output in the foreseeable future. In spite of the fact that it is the third largest oil producer in the world, the United States imports and buys 7.5 billion barrels of oil-related products on an annual basis. It is estimated that nearly 15 million barrels of oil are produced and consumed every single day in just the United States (BPD).
4. Iran- 4.469 million BPD.
5. Iraq – 4.454 million BPD.
