In a recent video on Fox Tv, Retired four-star General and senior strategic analyst Jack Keane addressed concerns about President Trump’s rhetoric toward Iran, emphasizing the strategic purpose behind his words.

“And people take a little interpretation of some of that for political reasons. I think I saw it for what it is,” Keane said, stressing that much of the criticism stems from political framing rather than substance.

He clarified the intent behind the president’s statements. “I saw it as the president’s language as leverage in dealing with the Iranians, and that’s all it was,” Keane explained, highlighting that the rhetoric was designed to strengthen negotiating positions.
