Benjamin Netanyahu has declared that Israel is intensifying its military campaign against Iran, announcing a new series of strikes targeting transport and military infrastructure linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
In a statement posted on his verified social media account, Netanyahu said Israel is “crushing the terrorist regime in Iran” and vowed that operations would continue with greater force.
According to the Israeli leader, Israeli forces destroyed transport aircraft and dozens of helicopters on Tuesday in strikes aimed at weakening Iran’s air mobility and military logistics. He added that further attacks were carried out on Wednesday against rail lines and bridges allegedly used by the Revolutionary Guards to move personnel and equipment across the country.
“We are doing so with even greater vigor, and increasing force,” Netanyahu said, describing the campaign as part of a broader effort to degrade Iran’s military capabilities.
Israeli media reports indicate that several bridges and rail sections were struck in multiple Iranian cities, including Tehran, Karaj, Tabriz, Kashan and Qom. Israeli officials said the infrastructure had been used by Iranian military units to transport weapons and combat supplies.
Netanyahu’s comments come amid an escalating conflict between Israel and Iran that has already expanded beyond missile exchanges to include direct attacks on military sites, energy infrastructure and transportation networks.
