Shehu Sani, a renowned human rights activist and former Kaduna central senatorial district lawmaker has taken to his official X handle to react after President Donald Trump threatened to explode power plants and bridges in Iran. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that the people of Iran will not support him.
Many were left stunned after reports that President Donald Trump planned to sanction an attack on Iranain power plants and bridges went viral across various social media platforms.
It can be recalled that the conflict, which started as a mild exchange, escalated into heavy bombardments with several lives lost and countless properties damaged.
Senator Shehu Sani, a respected human rights activist and former Kaduna central senatorial district lawmaker in a recent statement which was shared on his official X handle, raised serious concerns over the actions of the president.
According to his statements, he pointed out that president Donald Trump’s decision to attack Iran’s power plants and bridges, and not military bases calls for urgent concerns.
He further pointed out that the people of Iran will not support the decision by rising to the streets to protest against the regime. However, he maintained that another world leader, Vladimir Putin was already exploding power plants in Ukraine.
