My Facebook Lover Came To Sleep In My House, The Next Day, He Stole My Phone, Gas And Money-Woman Claims

According to a recent video by Brekete Family on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, a Nigerian woman, Deborah Moses, has recounted how her Facebook lover, Emmanuel Mike, allegedly stole her phone, cooking gas, clothes, and a savings box containing years of daily ₦3,000 deposits after spending the night at her house.

According to Deborah, she met Mike on Facebook in January 2025. After several visits, he arrived unannounced at 10 pm on September 25, 2025, claiming he was traveling to Abuja and needed to pass the night. The next morning, she left for work and gave him her phone to use since his had switched off. Upon returning, he had vanished with her belongings.

Despite police tracking him to Kaduna and a church-led intervention where a lawyer signed an undertaking to pay ₦1.7 million, Mike was reportedly released to proceed with his wedding. Deborah said the promised ₦200,000 initial payment never came, and the suspect has not returned. The police inspector confirmed the case and vowed to pursue the lawyer’s undertaking.

Her words: “I met this guy, Emmanuel Mike, on Facebook. We started chatting with each other. He came to my place, we talked physically, and he went back. He came a second time, we talked again, and he went back.

“The third time he came, I asked him why he came around 10:00 pm on 25th September 2025. I also asked why he didn’t inform me. He said he was traveling to Abuja and wanted to pass the night at my place. I said okay. In the morning, I asked what time he was leaving.

“He said 8:00 or 9:00. I said I would go to my company briefly because it is not far. He asked me to help him with my phone because his had switched off. I gave him my phone and left.

“When I came back, I didn’t see him. I also didn’t see my phone, my gas, my clothes, or my savings box. I called my sister to inform her. After one month, I used my friend’s phone to log into my Facebook account and saw pre-wedding pictures with an invitation card. I took a screenshot.

“After that, I went to the police station at Jere Division. They gave me two policemen. We went to Kaduna, Kakuri, to St. Andrew Catholic Church, where he wanted to hold his wedding.”…..See More
