A Member of Chibok/Damboa/Gwoza Constituency, Ahmadu Jaha has alleged that upon identifying the faces of the suicide bombers, it became evident they were not from Borno, much less from Gwoza.
He stated that the foreign tribal marks on the faces of the terrorists were a clear indication that they are not from Borno. He emphasized that the community of Gwoza has a strong sense of familiarity and mutual recognition, particularly through their unique tribal marks. He argued that this familiarity made it immediately apparent that the attackers were outsiders.
He said in an interview with Channels TV, ”After identifying the faces of the suicide bombers, it was clear that they are not from Borno, let alone from Gwoza. We know each other in Gwoza and we recognize the types of tribal marks we have on our faces. The tribal marks on the faces of these terrorists show they are not from Borno.
